The AA Warranty Program is designed to provide both the retailer and your customers, with the best possible service and support for products distributed by Aquariums Australia. We have listened to our retailers and created this program to provide support with a streamlined warranty process as well as a resource for everyone to learn and contribute to.

Some of the program benefits are:

  • All warranty claims are logged directly with the distributor, ensuring faster turn around, so that disruption to your business is kept to a minimum.

  • By registering a product, end users are able to be provide with easy access to owner’s manuals, set up videos and support around common challenges in their aquariums.

  • We will also keep registered users up to date with new products coming to market, as we further support our retailers in promoting our brands, encouraging consumers to their local fish stores.
